Vehicles can be stored either inside a storage unit or outdoor on-site parking at our facility. You have access to the facility and your vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer and bill month-to-month rentals - no long-term commitments. Our facility features 24/7 video monitoring, security fence and secure gate keypad entry using a personal access code. We recommend that you contact your insurance to notify them that you are storing your vehicle at our storage facility. We do not provide any insurance protection or coverages for vehicle storage.

How high is a storage unit?

A storage unit is typically 8-10 feet tall.

Can I reserve a storage unit?

Yes, you can conveniently reserve a unit online or over the phone for free! Tell us when you’d like to move in, and once that date is confirmed, we will hold that exact unit for you.

Can I view a facility online before renting a unit?

We offer virtual tours and photos that allow customers to view our facilities and better understand our storage facility and units.

How long can I rent a unit?

Rent your unit for as long (or short) as you need! We offer and bill month-to-month rentals – no long-term commitments. Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible.

How much does a storage unit cost?

A storage unit’s cost depends on the size and type of the unit. The larger the unit, and the more features you require, the price is likely to change. We recommend reviewing your storage requirements and comparing unit sizes to find something that fits your budget and your contents.

When are payments due?

Payments are due at the beginning of each month for use of the unit. Payments can be made by credit card and scheduled for recurring billing or sent by E-transfer.

How do I access my storage unit?

You can access the storage facility with our secure gate keypad entry using a personal access code. You have access to your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All units are required to be secured with a lock. You are responsible for having your own lock.

When can I receive help from a team member regarding a rental?

We are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with all your storage needs.

Do I need insurance for the contents of my unit?

Yes, all tenants are required to have a protection plan for their unit and contents. For your convenience, we offer a protection plan that you can purchase. Alternatively, you can provide proof of your own insurance when you move in! At that time, we will remove this fee from your account.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

Rental agreements are month-to-month. We require 1-month advance notice of your move-out date.

What is the administrative fee for?

The administrative fee is a one-time fee that covers the setup of your unit and account in our systems. Through this account setup, you’ll be able to view your balance and make payments online!
